Singleton Rugby Club has a proud tradition of sportsmanship, teamwork, and camaraderie and has progressed extensively since the Club first played Rugby in 1967 and now celebrates over 50 years of local Rugby as a result.
SINGLETON RUGBY CLUB
Singleton Rugby Union Club was established in 1967 and participates in the Newcastle Premiership competition of NSW Rugby Union. Under the SRC Bulls banner, we have 3 x teams competing, with all teams in the Newcastle Hunter Rugby Union Competition. We also have very strong support in our junior clubs and associated Junior Representative teams.

The Singleton Rugby Club has a long history of successful competition with the most recent trophy being the 2nd and 3rd Grade Premierships in 2007. Representative players of both international and national standard figure prominently in the Clubs history. Past players include Wallabies such as Steve Merrick and Josh Valentine and a vast Number of NSW State and Country representative players.

Home games are played at the Singleton Rugby Oval at Howe Street Singleton, with the adjacent licensed Clubhouse the venue for after-match celebrations.
